Warrior Water Based Alkali Resistant Bonding Liquid
A water based, fast drying low VOC primer, when compared to solvent-based primers. It has excellent penetrating and binding properties and resists the effects of alkalinity on subsequent coats of paint. A superior sealer to be used on distempered surfaces, raw plaster walls, brickwork, ceilings and cement renderings. Recommended as a primer for gypsum surfaces such as Rhinolite.
